Reinforcing Bars
Reinforcing Bars have ribbed projections in the axis direction and knots in the lateral direction on the circumference at certain intervals on the surface to improve adhesive power with concrete. These products are suitable for civil works or building structures. The products are classified into mild re-bars and high-strength re-bars according to strength, and the color code on the end section has been abolished according to KS revision. Instead, we classify them with rolling marks on the surface.

General
It is called Mild Bar, and is mostly used at construction sites and the retaining walls construction.

Ultra high strength steel
SD500 is called Super Bar, and is used in underground construction sites for super highrise buildings. SD600 and SD700 are used for lateral confinement, main reinforcement, and reinforced concrete flexural members in the pillars of concrete structures.

Dot sign
Dongkuk Steel classifies the steel product with dot sign. The existing color code on the end section has been changed into a tag and attached to each product separately.

Rolling Mark
We mark the country of origin, manufacturing company, nominal diameter, type of steel on the surface of iron bar at intervals of less than 1.5m repeatedly.
