Green Management
Policy
In 2003, Dongkuk Steel acquired ISO14001 which is a certification of an environmental management system.
We set environmental policy which puts green management as a priority, and prepare detailed tasks accordingly to be carried out.
- Environment is the essential element of our management which must be considered as a priority in all steps.
- We obey environmental obligation rules and policies domestically and internationally, set high standard which satisfy our customers and implement them.
- We pursue efficient use of resources over our management and minimize environmental contamination through continuous improved methods.
- We gasp the potential possibility of environmental disaster and prepare organized countermeasure.
- We set the attainable goal which fit into our environmental policy, declare this policy to stakeholders, and make an effort to improve green management.
